Refund and Dispute Policy
At Andersonville Remodeling LLC, we are committed to constructing quality projects and fostering positive relationships.
In the event a dispute arises relating to our work, we adhere to the following process to ensure a fair and timely resolution:
- Initial Notification: Any claim or dispute must be submitted in writing within ten (10) business days of the incident, change order, or invoice in question.
- Good Faith Negotiation: The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through direct, good-faith negotiations between project managers or authorized representatives within fourteen (14) days of written notice.
- Mediation: If negotiations fail, the parties agree to engage in non-binding mediation with a mutually agreed-upon mediator, with costs shared equally.
- Binding Arbitration: If mediation does not resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [County], Illinois, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
